Booking Confirmation
Shortly after booking, you will receive a personal email from us. This includes all the details of your stay, your booking reference, and billing information. Your retreat at Amber Ferienhain is now officially reserved for you.
Pre-Arrival Update
A few days before you arrive, we will send you a comprehensive message with everything you need for a relaxed journey. This includes check-in details and—if applicable—the final invoice, leaving you free to simply enjoy the anticipation.
An Effortless Stay
Check-in
Your accommodation will be ready for you from 3 PM on the day of arrival. Key handover is convenient and flexible; whenever possible, we look forward to welcoming you in person to ensure a warm start to your holiday.
During Your Stay
Your well-being is our priority. Should you have any questions or requests, we are always available for you. With discreet attention, we ensure that you can enjoy your time out completely undisturbed.
Check-out
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation by 11 AM. We will provide you with simple instructions for the key return and a few helpful tips for a smooth journey home.

Our various units offer ample space for shared moments like cooking or gaming, while still providing personal sanctuaries for those seeking a quiet moment.

You’ll find plenty of space for toys and strollers, as well as a safe retreat for the whole family. We are happy to provide high chairs and travel cribs upon request—leaving more room in your trunk and more time for what matters most: an unforgettable getaway. In our garden, far from traffic, children can play safely while you unwind on our sun loungers.

Every unit provides a dedicated space for focused work. Thanks to our high-speed fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi, you won’t miss a single video conference. Privacy is essential even among colleagues; our separate bedrooms and bathrooms ensure a comfortable and professional stay. After work, the surrounding nature invites you to unplug—whether with a walk or a session in the sauna.
Our estate is also perfectly suited for team events or workshops. Shared cooking or BBQ sessions, outdoor activities, or evenings by the fire are ideal for team building. For seminars or meetings, additional local facilities with ample seating, projectors, and flip charts are available for rent within the village.
